Lisa started doing yoga in the mid-1990s, working to improve and expand her practice with each passing year. Decades later, while in physical therapy for hip problems, she noticed that much of the therapy included variations of yoga poses and wondered if doing yoga daily would help. In 2018, after four years of seeing the benefits of a daily practice and experiencing a vast improvement to her hip health, she completed yoga teacher certification. Trained in the foundations of hatha yoga, she loves sharing the benefits of yoga with many types of students.
