Kwanza Jones is a catalyst. She is a sought-after speaker, artist and philanthropist committed to sparking change. She lives her motto: “Own your power. Live your purpose. Be of service.”

As co-founder and chief executive officer of the Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano SUPERCHARGED Initiative, she invests in individuals, organizations, and early stage and growth ventures. She founded the lifestyle and personal development brand and app, SUPERCHARGED by Kwanza Jones, to inspire action, boost energy, confidence, connections, and help change the world.

Previously Kwanza taught cross-cultural negotiations at New York University and was a mediator for the New York City Civil Court. She started her career in media and production at Innovation Entertainment Group.

Whether serving on corporate and non-profit boards, teaching negotiation classes at major universities, performing, or speaking on entrepreneurship, empowerment, diversity and leadership, Kwanza inspires and energizes audiences.
