Kneeland Youngblood

Kneeland Youngblood is a founding partner of Pharos Capital Group, a private equity firm that focuses on providing growth and expansion capital/buyouts in the health care service sector.

He is a director of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Pace II, a publicly-traded SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company). He is chairman of the Finance Committee of the President’s Advisory Board of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He is a former director of Burger King Corporation, Starwood Hotels and Lodging, Gap Inc., Energy Future Holdings (formerly TXU), and Pace I (SPAC). He also serves on a number of private company and not-for-profit boards.

Youngblood graduated from Princeton with a bachelor’s degree in politics and a certificate in the Program in Science in Human Affairs, and earned a medical degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
