Julianna has practiced employment law for over 20 years in southern California. After graduating from USC School of Law, Julianna spent six years with the national defense firm, Littler Mendelson, P.C. Searching for more, Julianna started her own boutique employment practice, Yasinski & Jones, LLP, which she has managed for 16 years. Julianna is currently focusing on harassment and discrimination complaint investigations, which allows her more control over her time in order to work and be a “full-time” mom to her two kids and two German shepherds. Julianna was a first generation, cum laude, graduate of Princeton’s Sociology Department, with a certificate in Afro-American Studies, where she was fortunate to work with Toni Morrison, Cornell West and Gayle Pemberton. Julianna capped off her continued involvement with Princeton since graduating in 1992, by serving as co-chair of her 25th Reunion. “Attending Princeton was the opportunity of a lifetime, and I consider volunteering with the 2019 Black Alumni Conference an honor and way to give back for the chance Princeton took on me.”
