Dale Williams

A technologist and serial entrepreneur, Dale Williams began as an undergraduate to combine technology and creativity, operating FoPo DJs, Poisoned Ivy Entertainment, and the Vibes and Vapors Show on WPRB.

Dale served as New York City information technology director at Warner Bros Records shortly after graduation. He has lead information technology operations for Russell Simmons’ 360HipHop.com; was information technology director at BET.com for over a decade; and worked at BET’s parent company, Viacom. Following his time at Viacom, he created Dolo Technology Services, a managed services company serving clients in sectors ranging from multimedia and advertising, to pharmaceuticals, real estate, and nonprofits. Dale has also taken a dip in the franchising pool with Planet Smoothie and Tasti D-Lite.

He has been happily married for more than 22 years to his partner in trying crazy new things, Estelle Vaughns Williams ’95, raising four children, one dog, and seven chickens. He is a certified Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) scuba diver and a volunteer for Special Olympics New Jersey. He raises assistance dogs for children with autism and still swings a mean softball bat.
