Angelique “Angel” Brunner is the founder and chief executive officer of EB5 Capital. She is engaged in all aspects of the firm’s commercial real estate investments, including deal-making, investor procurement, and business management. Prior to founding the company, Angel worked in real estate development and venture capital sourcing $3 billion in transactions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Brown University as well as a master’s in public affairs and certificate in urban planning from Princeton.
Angel currently serves on the board of directors for the Chesapeake Lodging Trust. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on its Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (UDMUC), and also serves as the industry and membership chair and spokesperson for the EB5 Investment Coalition.
